Together are the original documents. 1. 11/6/19 Request to buy stamps in order to overprint them. 2. 13/6/19 Approval of bying the stamps from privates and dealers in order to overprint them 3. 13/6/19 Delivery of the unsold stamps after the oral order. 4. 14/6/19 Order to postpone the circulation of the stamps. 5. 28/6/19 Handwritten protocol of destroying the overprint. 6. 1/7/19 Order to withdrawn the stamps 7. 14/11/19 Postcol of destroying the stamps.
